We at Stafforce are very excited to announce that we are recruiting for an account co-ordinator based at our Liverpool office.
This is a very fast and varied role and will suit someone with previous experience who is able to adapt quickly to change and very organised. We are looking for someone who will be a great addition to our team and who will support our Port Operations within the Merseyside Region.

Job Purpose

Effective management of temporary workers to fulfil client requirements and expectations.
Delivery of 360 on-site operation ensuring proactive approach to known client needs whilst seeking to identify new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

Management and coordination of temporary workers to fulfilment client requirements.
Work with Account Manager to implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation and induction plan, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
Provision of 24/7 service to meet client requirements as required.
Accurate payroll processing ensuring both candidate and client expectations are met.
Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership with operational management.
Working with Account Manager to identify business development opportunities.
Defend the business from risk; ensuring delivery processes meet and comply with documented quality procedures, client contractual arrangements & SLAs, employment and recruitment legislation; monitored through audit.


Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required

Previous recruitment or customer service experience.
Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
Good IT skills.
Ability to organise and prioritise.
Excel within a fast-paced environment.
