To align with our strategic plan for growth, we have a great opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Liverpool Ports office.
This role will predominately be responsible for supporting the all the Port Operations across the Merseyside region to recruit skilled temporary workers to meet their operational needs.
Supported by Account Co-Ordinators and dedicated a dedicated RITTB Training team, you will plan and upskill the workforce in line with the requirements of multiple terminals to ensure that their operation is able to perform efficiently and safely 24/7.
About the role
As an Account Manager for Stafforce, you will be responsible for the ensuring service delivery and growth of market share working in partnership with our existing clients.
Main responsibilities include:
Relationship Management; ensure relationships at all levels are maintained to achieve Strategic Partnerships status.
Customer service; delivering high levels of service to both our clients and candidates.
Operational; day to day responsibility of ensuring the delivery team consistently exceed client expectations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Candidate attraction; recruiting, interviewing and assessing candidates to match with job roles.
Maintaining client and candidate records; adhering to quality procedures, legislation and ensuring a compliant service at all times.
Administration and Payroll, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
Working with with existing clients; exploring and identifying new opportunities.

Previous experience within a recruitment and managed service provision delivery.

Attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability manage priorities to achieve deadlines.
A good standard of general education, including Mathematics and English Language.
A NEEBOSH qualification or similar would be advantageous but not essential.
