Due to the continued success of the business and further expansion, we are working in partnership with a well known Call Centre in Hull to recruit for a number of people to join their teams working exclusively for leading telecommunication companies such as TalkTalk, BT and EE.

18,607 starting salary
Salary increased to 21,185 within 3 years
100 monthly attendance bonus
Excellent commission structure
Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am-9pm
Working 1 Saturday or Sunday every 3-4 weeks

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
You will be working in a busy call centre based in the centre of Hull responsible for answering inbound calls, conducting individualised conversations to find helpful solutions, conduct sales calls and utilise opportunities to upgrade packages on behalf of the UK's leading telecommunication companies.

The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience working in a call centre
Customer service or sales experience is essential
Have great communication skills, both written and verbal
Be comfortable working under own initiative with little supervision
Be confident and determined to achieve targets and KPIs
Possess good IT skills including Microsoft office packages
