I am currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader for my client in Sheffield.
The role will be to effectively manage and lead a team to ensure they are motivated to deliver excellent customer service exceeding client expectations.
Duties to include- Ensure team are appropriately trained
- Coaching and developing team
- Implement efficient and effective working practices
- To support the sales team
- Dealing with enquiries and customer complaints
- Promoting up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
Skills- Previous management experience
- Previous experience of a customer facing role
- Natural leader with the ability to influence and nurture a team
