I am currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader for my client in Sheffield.

The role will be to effectively manage and lead a team to ensure they are motivated to deliver excellent customer service exceeding client expectations.

Duties to include

  • Implement efficient and effective working practices
  • To support the sales team
  • Dealing with enquiries and customer complaints

  • Previous management experience
