Customer Service Team ManagerI am currently looking to recruit a experienced Customer Service Team Manager for my client based in Dewsbury.
This is a permanent full time vacancy
Duties- Oversee all aspects of the customer service experience to troubleshoot processes and procedures, making improvements to customer service, quality and call monitoring
- Monitor and manage software and systems, recommending improvements to automate key touch points for advisors
- Management Information reports
- Responsible for department recruitment and retention
- Implement effective processes for staff to interact with customers via telephone, email, live chat or instant message
- Provide training to team
- Conduct staff reviews and development plans
- Liaise with senior management
Applicants must have previous experience of working within a similar role and be able to demonstrate the following
