Stafforce are looking for a Data Analyst for a well established Financial Company based in London Bridge. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Digital Transformation and will be the lead on all analytical/reporting work for the contract.
Job Description:-
- Produce high quality analysis (regular or ad-hoc requests) for stakeholderclient.
- Owner of production of the monthly report performance review/Key Performance Index using CAFMdigital data.
- Understand/manage the reporting end-to-end process, and the operation of the account to tailor Management Information output as per required by the contract.
- Develop good relationships with users and system support teams to ensure issues are logged and resolved within agreed time line.
- Ownership in processuser training materials and manage the delivery of system user training.
- Act as first line of support on any data/report/system query for the contract.
Job Requirements:-
- Good working experience in a reporting or analytical role.
- Able to deliver high quality work to deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills both verbally and written.
- Comfortable in managing stakeholders/teams effectively at all levels.
- Problem solver and able to make key decisions with support as required.
- Keen to learn and develop within a digital/management information/commercial environment.
- Proficient in the use of reporting tools (i.e Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, etc.)
- Expert user of Office 365, including Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Degree (or equivalent.)
- Experience in facility management industry would be desirable but not essential.
Hours of Work:-
8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Salary:-
30000 to 40000 DOE
