Stafforce are looking for a EventsTrade Show Coordinator for a growing Fashion Company based in SE London. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have a passion for and experience in event planning, project management and sales.
Job Description:-
- Drive trade show strategy throughout the Year by working closely with the team to establish trade show objectives, budget and schedule.
- Organise and bid for transportation and other trade show related services.
- Negotiate contracts, arrange trade show registrations, hotel accommodation, order supplies, equipment and signage, and ensure appropriate decor to meet Brand expectations.
- Prepare event marketing materials in print and on-line.
- Arrange and co-ordinate all exhibits, displays, promotional materials and goods required for each trade show.
- Prepare event marketing materials in print and on line.
- Assist with other marketing program execution such as direct mail campaigns and digital marketing.
Job Requirements:-
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong planning and organisational and presentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of trade shows and and also marketing and web communication.
- Ability to accomplish tasks with little supervision and follow through on deadlines.
- Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends and travel to shows when necessary.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lifting of heavy items with assistance may be required.
- Proficient user of the latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Highly professional in all dealings with clients.
Hours:-
8.30am to 5.30pm (Some flexibility will be required to attend Trade Shows.)
Salary:-
23000 to 25000 DOE
