We are looking to recruit a Health & Safety Coordinator at our site based in Lincolnshire
The Role
The day to day practical management of the Health and Safety and Environmental Policies
Health and Safety Inductions
Risk Assessments and signing staff onto risk assessments
Health Surveillance for employees
Accident and Injury register management
Conducting Health and Safety toolbox talks with employees
Organising training for employees i.e. fire warden and first aid
Conducting face fit testing
Updating site and traffic management plans
Updating H&S and Environmental policies
Conducting H&S site audits
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 9-5 however due to the nature of the role the you would be expected to be available if needed at other times i.e. unannounced audits.
Own transport essential as rural and multiple sites within the business
