An exciting opportunity for an Installations Manager to work for a nationally known provider and manufacturer of PVCu Windows, Doors and Conservatories. If you are knowledgeable in the Windows, Doors and Conservatories industry then we want to hear from you. You will be joining a company who have manufacturing facilities in various locations across the UK to which they are at the forefront of their sector being market leaders in the PVCu industry. Working with the UK's largest home builders you will be required to manage the installation process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity to work for the market leaders in the fenestration industry.
Hours/Shift: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5pm and Fri 8:30am-4pm
Benefits: Company Car/Mobile/Laptop/33 Days Holidays/Pension
Location: Leicester/ Northampton area, however with contracts based across the Midlands
Background required: Previous background within windows, doors and conservatories – With strong people and process management skills.
Essential Skills required:
Full UK Driving Licence
Background with PCVu windows/doors or conservatories
Current CSCS card
Key responsibilities of the Installations Manager
Monitor teams on site and ensure both the quality of their work and their interaction with the end client is of the required standard
Liaise with the clients administration teams, to ensure we provide a turnkey faultless solution.
Complete an on-site assessment of the teams work before signing off the job
Coordinate the final payment from the customer and the payment of the fitting teams
Monitor and coordinate the workload of the service engineers and ensure the company offer the customer the correct level of service.
Will be required undertake small remedial works when attending site if required.
Provide site reports identifying remedial works & responsibilities, providing site information to include build stages, programme changes, plot readiness for installation & any other relevant site information.
Responsible for Health and safety on site.

Salary of 28,000 per annum
