On behalf of our client, a high speed manufacturing organisation and market leader in engineering niche components for a number of sectors, Stafforce are recruiting for a skilled Machine Setter.

As a Machine Setter, you will take pride in producing quality components leaving the manufacturing lines. You will set machines accurately, maintaining quality and efficiency throughout.

Duties/responsibilities:

• Set machines within time frames ensuring they run efficiently.
• Brief operators on requirements of the process.
• Report any issues to the management team.
• Contributing the company achieving it's production targets.
• Carry out regular quality checks on products.

The successful candidate:

• You will pay attention to detail.
• Methodical and logical approach.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills are very important to maintain production records.
• You are a team player but have the capability to use your own initiative.

This role is temporary to permanent offering genuine career prospects.

Working hours:
Flexibility is required during peak periods, standard working hours are 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday.
