We are a new business based in Caistor, Lincolnshire. We specialise in contract filling and packing for a diverse customer base. We have seen rapid business growth in the last year and we are now looking to recruit a sales executive who is focused primarily on bringing in new business to increase sales volumes of our inhouse product lines and drive new business opportunities for our co-pack and filling services.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced environment. They must be passionate about winning new business and excel in building new client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis to increase the pipeline of new prospects.
To be able to qualify new prospects in terms of revenue potential to the company.
Proactively call new business opportunities, confidently pitch over the phone and secure face to face meetings for the Head of Business Development.
Conduct face to face meetings with new business prospects to support the Head of Business Development.
To be commercially minded and skilled in negotiation to secure the best deal for both parties.
To understand the principles of GDPR and handling sensitive customer information.
To manage customer data and keep accurate records of sales leads and customer interactions via Hubspot.
Highly organised and be able to plan your diary to prioritise existing accounts and grow new business.
To be able to compile weekly reports for the Head of Business Development and the Operations Director for Lincpak.
Manage the sales process, nurturing the customer through their journey to close the deal.
Work with the Marketing department to keep them informed of product developments, catalogue and website updates.
Travel will be required as part of this role, fuel costs will be covered by the company for this.
Work towards monthly sales targets, meet them and exceed them.

Requirements:

1-2 years experience in new business development, proactive sales.
Ability to demonstrate previous career successes in a sales environment.
Computer literacy skills, use of Google Suite advantageous / Microsoft Office Suite.
Influencing and negotiating skills.
Highly motivated, focused and results driven.
Able to exercise initiative and decision making in the sales process.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good business sense with commercial foresight.
Full driving licence.

Advantageous:

Previous sales experience in the manufacturing sector
Use of Hubspot or other CRM system
Knowledge and use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
