Stafforce are looking for an Office Manager for a Growing company based in South East London. The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of office management in a fast paced environment and knowledge of the logisticsdistribution industry would be highly desirable.
Job Description:-
- Organise all office resources.
- General administration.
- Deal with any customer queries.
- Control of expenditure and budgets.
- Minute taking and typing up of meeting notes.
- Recruitment of new staff.
- Training of new starters.
Job Requirements:-
- Highly organised and can prioritise tasks.
- Professional and well presented at all times.
- IT literate including Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good English both verbal and written (Other languages spoken would be advantageous.)
- Knowledge of the logisticsdistribution industry would be highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to organise multiple offices.
Salary:-
30000 to 35000
Hours of Work:-
9.00am to 5.30pm (1 Hour lunch.)
