Operations Support Manager to join our
Continuous Improvement Team.
About the RoleAs an Operations Support Manager for Stafforce Managed Services, you will be responsible supporting the businesses operational demands, implementing new projects as identified via the Senior Leadership Team and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through a proactive approach to clients, candidates and internal teams.
Main responsibilities include:- Develop and maintain robust, meaningful, and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership internally and externally.
- Work with key stakeholders to implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation and induction plan, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
- Deploy as appropriate a Continuous Improvement Plan to aid client retention and demonstrate innovative solutions to reinforce the' value proposition' Stafforce deliver.
- Implement & drive an effective project plan to ensure all new client's requirements are met and exceeded.
- Deliver a candidate focussed culture, ensuring right fit', maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
- Accountable for adhering to delivery processes meeting and complying with documented quality procedures, client contractual arrangements & SLAs, employment and recruitment legislation.
- Create an engaging and positive working environment, demonstrating the Nicholas Associates values and leading by example.

In addition to this, you will have:- Previous experience within a Recruitment / Retail environment is essential
- The ability to develop relationships and deliver high levels of customer service.
- Strong IT skills; working on Excel and bespoke systems
- Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal; and be able to listen actively.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability manage priorities to achieve deadlines.
- A good standard of general education, including Mathematics and English Language.
