The Role

Here at Hain Daniels we are currently recruiting for a Prep and Pack Out Operator at our Grimsby site. Here, we manufacture fresh soups and ready meals, for our own brands, under license, and for private label products.

The shift pattern for this role is as follows: 10pm-6am , 2pm-10pm, and 6am-2pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Running the automated packing machine.
• Accurately recording all necessary paperwork as required.
• Ensure CCP's are within specification, including temperature and metal detection.
• Report all downtime to ensure they are acted upon immediately and incidents of more than 10mins are reported.
• Provide information of issues to ensure improvements are captured and implemented.
• Ensure all near miss and accidents are reported to management.
• Weighing out fresh ingredients, inputting information for traceability into SCADA sysem.
