SHOWROOM ASSISTANT

Are you a personable and well presented person who can communicate with all levels of people confidently ?

The role is to be the ambassador for the company, their first point of contact so first impressions are paramount. This is a unique position offering variety and responsibility. My client is looking for someone who can demonstrate fine attention to detail, strong organisation skills, excellent written and oral communication skills and good analytical thinking.

You will play a vital role in the success of the showroom and must exhibit a positive, can do attitude. Candidates will need to be extremely personable, putting clients at ease and finding out needs with a natural flair to make a memorable experience, as well as PC literate and you will be expected to provide information and updates to clients using all forms of communication.

You will continually be updating your product knowledge to enhance our customers experience. The candidate must at all times be a team player, but also be self-driven to work alone for long periods. The company is a well-established business with extremely high standards and therefore all candidates need to be professional with excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate at all levels comfortably. Front of house or reception experience is ideal, someone who is passionate about customer service.

Applicants will work towards sales targets and be able to provide product demonstrations.

Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis to be agreed in advance
