We are working with our Client to support a joint project to promote business growth. The role initially is a fixed term contract until March, but if successful may continue for a further 4 years depending on the company applying for funding.
Our client supports businesses at all stages of their growth journey with a broad range of services. They offer expert one-to-one and peer-to-peer business support, events, specialist programmes, funding and much more. You must have previous experience dealing with funding and ideally have a portfolio of SME clients in the manufacturing industry that you can target in the South East, this would assist you in your role. Due to the timescale for this role, you will need to bring on board 100 SME businesses on board before March 2020.
You will be target driven, self-motivated and have the ability to work on with own initiative.
This role is a sales focused role and you will be working to KPI's and Targets
You will need to be comfortable with Cold Calling and telephone Sales and have experience with SME business development. You will be working from various locations so must be happy to travel between Southend, Chelmsford and London. You will be able to work from home on the odd occasion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To deliver high quality mentoring advice and assistance to a portfolio of ambitious business owners and senior managers of companies looking for Inspirational Mentoring for personal and professional development.
The role will assess the mentoring needs of eligible business people, profile them and their requirements and facilitate match making with appropriate experienced Mentors in the mentoring pool.
The Sales Advisors primary responsibility is to ensure that the Mentoring Service is delivered in order to produce the maximum impact in terms of assisting mentees to reach their full personal and professional potential, which will deliver business growth, improved productivity, outputs and outcomes in terms of improved performance, new jobs created and new jobs safeguarded.
