We have exciting permanent Team Leader opportunities for our prestigious client; Hain Daniels who produce Covent Garden and other leading soup brands.

The successful candidates will be employed directly by Hain Daniels and will receive a competitive remuneration package;

The role of the team leader is to manage the day-to-day efficient running of the soup factory operations to deliver competitive advantage, optimising customer service, innovation, quality and cost in a safe working environment;

• Control all aspects of Operations by the efficient management of a Lead Operator and operatives
• Comply with all health and safety and legislative requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations, to support improvement activity and non-conformance

Working on a rotating 3 shifts, 6 – 2pm, 2 -10pm & 10pm – 6am, shifts run from Sun – Friday evening, with additional OT available on some weekends.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous supervisory experience would be preferred, however applications are welcomed from candidates that are looking to take the next step in their careers
• Strong communication skills
• IT Literate
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Understanding quality requirements and customer demands
