After 30 years of providing excellent customer service to industrial businesses across the UK, our client is an expert in their field and are now looking for fellow experts to deliver exceptional results. This is a permanent contract that offers between 22,000-24,000 per annum. So what will a day in the office look like?You will:
And to do this, we're looking for people who
- Work as a part of a team to deliver client expectations and excellent customer service
- Work towards individual targets
- Conduct top quality sales calls to a variety of different businesses in and around South Yorkshire
- Carry out lead generation to expand upon your client base
- Track delivery orders and solve any supply issues
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients
- Lead sales negotiations and quote accordingly
- Answer inbound telephone enquiries
- Place online sales orders
- Have fantastic communication skills and can do so verbally, in print and on the phone.
- Have experience and are competent in objection handling to encourage sales and service
- Are great multi-taskers and feel confident managing several client accounts
- Can work with all Microsoft packages and in-house operational systems
- Love to problem solve
