We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for our client based in Dewsbury.
The role will involve managing a small warehouse team but due to our clients expansion plans this will increase.
Job Description- To set a clear operational plan for the Warehouse Team
- To work with the Senior Management Team to implement a new stock management/erp system to create a more efficient pack and dispatch
- Investigate any service or operational failures to ensure they are understood and prevented, feeding back to the Senior Management Team
- Promoting best practice
- Quicky report any safety issues
- Effectively manage staffing and conduct regular reviews
- Manage and control goods in department
Skills required- Previous experience within a team leader role
- Planning and organisation skills
